Sustainable Supply Chain in Africa
The International Trade Council hosted a panel discussion on “Sustainability in African Supply Chains and Beyond” facilitated by Lowase Group with the founding team of Evegrocer Africa including Wonders Pibowei, Leonelle Sandoval, Ikechi Agbugba, Ngozi Ikeadigh and Chris Emejuru. Held on 18th July 2024, it delved into the critical aspects of achieving economic, environmental, social and governance sustainability, with an emphasis on how these factors interplay to create resilient and responsible supply chains. The panel addressed the challenges, opportunities, innovations, and future strategies needed to foster sustainable practices in African supply chains.

Sustainable Investing Challenge

Since 2022, Lowase Management Consulting team has been supporting participating business schools at the Sustainable Investing Challenge annually. Wonders Pibowei has served both as a Corporate Mentor and Judge to more than 10 funds at the Challenge, including Crop Catalyst Fund, Private Mortgage Bond, Pacemakers Climate Fund, Climate Disaster Relief Fund amongst others. Hosted by the Northwestern University USA with Morgan Stanley Inc (its Lead Sponsor), the Challenge participants come from around the world to develop and pitch creative financial approaches to tackle pressing social and environmental challenges.
