He pursued a PhD degree in Strategic Thinking and Management in 2018, and has been awarded a Doctorate of Expository Communications in 2009 from the Christian Evangelistic Mission Texas USA, MBA degree in Management with Conflict Resolution in 2002 from the Imo State University Owerri, PGD degree in Agronomy and Farm Management from Abubakar Tafawa Balewa University in 1998, B.Sc. (Hons) degree in Zoology from the University of Lagos Akoka in 1991. He is a Fellow of Nigerian Institute of Management (Chartered), Institute of Church Managers and Administrators, Institute of Professional Managers and Administrators of Nigeria, amongst others. Holds a practicing license as a Registered Professional in Management from the Financial Reporting Council of Nigeria since 2014. Has successfully facilitated capacity building programs with the Nigerian National Petroleum Corporation, Central Bank of Nigeria, Shekinah Gospel Ministries Jos, Meridian Hospital Port Harcourt, amongst others.

He is an Associate Professor, and Dean of Faculty of Humanities at the Sekyen Open University Nigeria (Jos) from 2018 to date; Senior Lecturer at the School of Business and Human Resources Management with National Open University of Nigeria (Jos) from 2008 to 2016, and Visiting Lecturer at the Polytechnic Owo Ondo State from 2003 to 2006. A Global Council Member of Unity of Nations Against Climate Change Council, Director of Human Resources at the World Humanitarian Organizaation for Peace and Equity, Director of Education at the International Human Rights Council, and an Ambassador of Sustainable Procurement and Supply Chain (SPSC) from 2022 to date. Served as Jos Chapter Chairman and Plateau Branch Chairman of the Nigerian Institute of Management Chartered from 2015 to 2019, Management Development Committee Chairman of the Nigerian Institute of Management Chartered from 2011 to 2015, amongst others. Prior to that, was Deputy Director at the Discipleship Training Institute Jos from 1998 to 2000, Coordinator at Asieba Educational Consultancy Jos from 1995 to 1997, Deputy Coordinator of Exams & Records at the Plateau School of Accountancy and Management Studies from 1993 to 1995, and Principal of Rwang Pam Memorial College in 1992. Was previously He has Authored a few books such as, From Politricks to Politics: The Universal Paradigm Shift, and Depression Tranquilizer: A-Z Steps for Managing Depression.
