His work experience culminates into successful tenures, beginning with a ten years stint in Insurance and Underwriting at the Law Union & Rock Insurance Plc, eight years as Lead Consultant and Counselling Psychologist in Lagos State Public Service Staff Development Centre, five years as Head of Management Training at Nigerian Institute of Management, and subsequently at the Institute of Directors’ Nigeria where he pioneered and led the Directors’ Development Department with triple-A rating in Nigeria and the UK.
